Quote check
Enter your cost segregation quote and see where it sits in the May 2026 pricing distribution.
How this works
Calculation
- Loads the canonical May 2026 dataset of 34 U.S. cost segregation providers
- Filters providers to those serving your property type
- Computes the price midpoint per provider from the recorded pricing range
- Calculates the percentile placement of your quote vs. the filtered distribution
What the percentile means
- 0th–25th percentile: Your quote is in the lower quartile — among the cheapest in the dataset for your property type
- 25th–50th percentile: Your quote is below the median
- 50th–75th percentile: Your quote is above the median
- 75th–100th percentile: Your quote is in the upper quartile — among the most expensive in the dataset
Caveats
- Pricing in the dataset is sourced from public material (provider websites, published rate cards, third-party reviews). Some quotes recorded with
(est.) qualifier where pricing isn't transparently published.
- Percentile is computed from price midpoints — your quote may sit higher or lower against the lower or upper bound of a specific provider's range.
- The U.S. provider universe is larger than 34. The dataset documents firms with at least one public source for their pricing claim.
